Lei Zhao Reilley is the founder of Reilley Chang Law. Immigrated from China while a graduate student, attorney Reilley has diverse background and wide experience in technology, finance, and law, having worked as a software developer, technical consultant, and financial analyst in Boston prior to getting her law degree and then joining a premier U.S. law firm as a Capital Markets associate in one of its Asia offices, focusing on cross border transactions and other business laws.

Drawn to the intellectual challenges of litigations, focused on rendering practical legal solutions to complex problems, and passionate about advocating for her clients with force and sophistication, Attorney Reilley applies her knowledge, skills, good judgment, and care to each client, providing cost-effective services and producing favorable solutions.
